We specialise in custom-built decks, patios, and carports. Our services include design and installation of flat, gable, flyover, freestanding, and box gutter patios, as well as, ground-level, low-level, high-level, and split-level decks. We also install timber, aluminium, and twin wall polycarbonate screens/slats. Furthermore, we are experience installers of decorative, weatherboard and chamferboard cladding.

Our consultation process is free and there is no obligation to buy. Once we have obtained a clear idea of your vision, a price is determined and submitted to you in writing for you to consider.

All of our builds are custom designed. We pride ourselves in offering structures that match the design characteristics of your home. Need a patio built with offsets, around corners, split ridges, fly over hips, or a tapered gable? Or perhaps an extra high carport to allow for boat, caravan, or truck clearance? No problem! Whatever your needs, we’ve got you covered.

In most cases, council approval will be required. Our team will handle all necessary paperwork to ensure compliance with local council requirements.

The time frame depends on the size and complexity of the project. The complete process from start to finish includes: receiving your quote, signing the agreement, obtaining council approval, ordering materials, constructing your structure, and obtaining final approval from a certifier. Typically, this process takes around 4 to 8 weeks, assuming there are no delays with council approval. Council approvals can vary and in some cases relaxation alone may take up to 12 weeks. Weather conditions, site preparation, and material availability may also influence the timeframe.

However, builds times are roughly as follows:

Decks: 1 to 2 weeks

Patios: 1 to 5 days

Carports: 1 to 3 days

You are provided with plans at the start of the contract. From there, they are checked and measured. Any changes made at this point are discussed with you, and a new set of plans will be sent to you to be reviewed and signed.

If it is discovered at a later date that further modifications are required, this will be discussed with you, and a new set of plans will be sent to you to be reviewed and signed. The customer is always required to approve any change before we proceed, no matter what stage the project is at. 

Although Dynamic Decks & Patios is a newly established company, our founder is highly experienced in the building industry. With over 20 years of construction experience, and over 15 years installing decks, patios, and carports as a sub-contracted installer for other companies, he is highly skilled and experienced. Unlike some other companies, we do not sub-contract out to just any available installer. Our founder is who you work with from start to finish.

We sure do! We ensure that all materials incorporated into our projects contain a warranty against defects. We also include an additional 10 year craftsmanship warranty.

We sure do! All builders are required to have public liability insurance in order to hold a current builder’s licence. We also pay home owner’s warranty insurance through council for projects over $3300.
